Public offer

This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) of the Chipomi online store at chipomi.ru to enter into a retail purchase agreement for goods presented in the catalog.

Placing an order and paying for it constitutes the buyer’s acceptance of this Offer. Please read it before ordering.

The seller is the operator of the Chipomi online store. Product information (description, images, specifications, price) is published on the Store pages.

We strive to keep information accurate; minor discrepancies in appearance or packaging that do not affect functionality are not grounds for refusal if the product is fit for purpose.

To place an order, add items to the cart, provide delivery and contact details, and confirm the order. You will receive order confirmation by email if an address was provided.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if data is incorrect, or in case of suspected fraud, with notification to the buyer when possible.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Prices are shown in the Store currency at the time of order. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods available at checkout must be used. The order is considered paid after confirmation from the payment provider.

Delivery terms, methods, and estimated timelines are described on the Delivery page and at checkout. Risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or pickup, unless otherwise required by law.

If delivery is delayed through no fault of the buyer, we will inform the buyer and agree on further actions.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and the rules published on the Customer service / Delivery pages.

Claims regarding defects must be reported promptly with order details and, where possible, photos. We will review each case individually.

Matters not regulated by this Offer are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, through courts or authorities as provided by law.

We may amend this Offer by publishing a new version on chipomi.ru. Orders placed before changes remain subject to the version in effect at the time of order.
