Delivery
We ship microchips (CPUs, memory) reliably and quickly. Items are packed in antistatic packaging with damage protection.

- CDEK / Boxberry courier: 1–3 days across Russia, from 300 ₽. Free from 5 000 ₽.
- Russian Post: 3–7 days, from 200 ₽.
- Pickup: from Riga (Latvia) or pickup points in your city.

- For defects: full refund plus delivery compensation.
Return procedure:
- Submit a return request (download PDF template).

- Ship the item back (we cover shipping for defects).
- Refund to card/account within 10 days.
